His sharpest tools are creativity, improvisation, storytelling, resilience, and fearless decision-making — sharpened by a career spent designing games and experiences, then applied to real business and real life. He helps people see the possibilities they’ve overlooked, and question the rules they never consciously chose.
He’s also created and hosted multiple podcasts and shows — including CafeConAutores, The Unprofessional Show, and Books & Beers — and is a published author of both board games and “Life Is A Sandcastle.” Whether he’s on stage, mentoring a founder, designing an experience, or writing a book, Tero brings brutal honesty, humor, and a deeply human perspective.
